“Sherborne Town Council working with West Dorset District Council engaged Crystal Johnson to develop a business plan for the refurbishment and subsequent operation of a community facility. Crystal worked to a very tight time frame consulting widely while making sure community expectations were not unrealistic. The outcome of Crystals work was a comprehensive and imaginary business plan that was backed up with robust financial expectations. An all-round solid and profession business plan delivered on time and within budget expectations.”

Trevor Savage, Town Clerk, Sherborne Town Council

“Crystal has undertaken several consultancy contracts for both West Dorset District Council and Weymouth & Portland Borough Council linked to significant cultural projects. In all cases, Crystal’s work has been delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. The projects that Crystal has helped us with have related to arts facilities (operational business plans) and thematic studies, across wider geographic areas. In particular, Crystal’s knowledge of external funding and bidding have been invaluable.”
