With a proven track record in project development and management, Crystal is passionate about ensuring each project is tailored to meet an organisation’s individual needs and priorities. Audience development and community engagement have been at the heart of many of her projects. She has successfully delivered projects of different scales, from major capital redevelopments to small community led exhibitions and outreach programmes.
As a successful fundraiser, Crystal has secured grants for a wide variety of organisations, raising in excess of £10.5 million to support cultural projects over the past ten years.
